2026 around the corner: Time for Action

Dear Friend,

Planning season is over.

Schedules have been written. Goals have been declared. Intentions have been set.

Now it’s time to do the work.

2026 isn’t about stacking more ideas. It’s about executing on fewer things… better.

I tend to think in quarters, not years. One year is too abstract. One quarter is actionable.

Big goals don’t move forward through pressure. They move forward through projects. One bite-sized project at a time.

One Thought to Carry Into 2026

Take Action.

Most people don’t fail because they lack information. They fail because:

  • They take on too much

  • Quit too early

  • Or never truly begin

Action beats intention. Projects beat pressure. Consistency beats motivation.

This same philosophy applies to BodyTime.

2025 was about careful iteration:

  • Listening deeply to feedback

  • Honing the product

  • Tightening operations

  • Refining what actually works in real life

2026 will be a different chapter.

It will be the year of visibility, growth, and community.

You’ll see us:

  • Showing up more consistently

  • Sharing more openly

  • Hosting more conversations

  • Creating more spaces for people on their health journey to connect

Because health isn’t built in isolation. It’s built with shared accountability in a community.

At BodyTime, our focus is turning health knowledge into action. Here are a few ways to start:

Our Christmas riverboat cruise was a success. The second part of the trip starts with a train ride from Cologne, Germany to Paris. This year we taught the kids Crizen’s favorite childhood card game Pining Pining and my favorite Euchre. The matches are now pretty heated: The Hasegawas are all allergic to losing. Nina hates losing so much, she hasn’t participated in the card games this trip. She’s still learning the concept “You miss all the shots you don’t take”.

Thanks,

Mike
