What do we do with an extra 30 years?
Lifeplan 2.0 - Part 2
Dear Friend,
Retire at 95? Why Not?
With a maximized health span, staying sharp, active, and purposeful well into our 90s isn’t just possible—it’s necessary.
But here’s the real question: What do we do with an extra 30 years beyond the traditional model?
Looking at my own cycle (and Crizen’s), we’ve been on a 10-year professional reinvention pattern. That could mean three different careers after 65—a completely new way of thinking about longevity.
The Personal Challenge: Juggling More with More Time
As we continue pushing for an extended, high-performance healthspan, Crizen and I find ourselves in a phase where personal demands are at an all-time high.
Right now we’re navigating:
Teenage kids deep in their own journey
Aging parents needing more support
Increased time for health maintenance (our bodies are like high-performance Ferraris—routine tune-ups are non-negotiable)
A “Die with Zero” mindset—maximizing fulfilling life experiences, not just accumulating wealth
Financial needs that shift and evolve
And here’s the catch: these demands aren’t static. In 10 years, our kids will be out of the house—does that free up bandwidth for new ventures? What about the unexpected?
Navigating a New Life Plan
Longevity isn’t just about living longer; it’s about elevating health, finance, and relationships—while adapting to the ever-changing demands of life.
At BodyTimeMD, we focus on the health piece of the puzzle. But real longevity requires a balance across all aspects of life. Hope this provides some insight, let’s talk if you are interested in finding out more about your body.

Nina and I just returned from our Daddy-daughter trip: A Disney cruise. We definitely maximized the experience, while having the space to connect before she ventures into her teenage years. Swimming with the dolphins was definitely an experience of a lifetime.
Thanks,
Mike
