We did it - May 1, 2025

Dear Friend,

We did it — and we’re just getting started.

BodyTime has officially partnered with Endless Health to launch a service that we believe will transform the future of healthcare.

The official launch is set for May 1, 2025, but we’ll be activating the website during our launch party tonight, at the Red Fridge Society. We can’t wait to share this moment with you.

Behind the scenes, it’s taken years of hard work, big dreams, and incredible people to bring us to this point. Today, we pause to reflect — and to celebrate.

Our Journey so Far

  • 2020 - The spark: I began my own longevity journey.

  • 2021 - Community first: Sharing health knowledge became a part of my daily life.

  • 2022 - BodyTimeMD launched — and immediately started making a real impact

  • 2024 - Empower programs expanded our mission, championing women’s health and scaling BodyTimeMD services.

  • 2025 - BodyTime, in partnership with Endless Health, is born — laser-focused on transforming metabolic health across America.

This journey feels both like the blink of an eye and a lifetime — the paradox of time.

On a personal note, May 23, 2025 will make my last ER shift after 12 years of practicing emergency medicine. It’s bittersweet to step away, but everything — every late night, every hard-earned lesson — has led us to this new beginning.

We’re ready.

And this is only the beginning.

Thanks to Chris at Train4thegame for letting the BodyTime team do a photoshoot at his gym. Also, Crizen’s brother, Anthony, flew in from Chicago to do our shoot. The countless people who have supported us to get here will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

Thanks,

Mike
