The BodyTime Formula
Dear Friend,
At BodyTime, we believe in starting with lifestyle changes and lasting behavior modifications—these are options 1, 2, and 3—long before considering pharmacology. Every decision is nuanced and tailored, but our guiding principle stays the same: build a naturally healthy body to maximize healthspan.
That path isn’t easy.
What we’ve learned is that real change comes from combining three things:
Personal data to track progress and trends
Strategic adjustments based on what the data shows
A partner who’s an expert walking the same path—someone to educate, support, and hold you accountable
We stay on the front edge of technology—but we don’t jump blindly. Transparency is a core value. If something needs to shift based on new data, we pivot. And because we’re living this work ourselves, our clients trust that process.
Right now, I’m testing three new devices and running a few behavior modification experiments on myself and a small group of clients. I want to make sure the benefits outweigh the risks before we share them with the broader community.
April has been a blur—Launch is Around the Corner
We’re in full prep mode for our May 1, BodyTime launch. And yes—I’ve finally been pulled out of my cave and nudged toward being more active on social media. You’ll be seeing more of me soon.
Also, I had the chance to sit down with Voyage Austin and share a bit about the story behind BodyTime:

My first time in a studio, but we better get used to it because we signed a 1-year deal to get our messaging out to the public. No more hiding in our bubble.
Thanks,
